Friendly staff, nice room. Whirlpool hot tubs in a few rooms and the water gets hot hot. Beds are comfortable, Great breakfast complimentary. Only a 10 minutes drive to Foxwoods. Dogs are allowed free of charge so I got to bring my furry friends :) Also rooms are rated at a great price!
I had a really nice time here! We booked very last minute and ended up really liking everything! The room was outdated with the decor but very clean. And the bed was great, an amazing king size temperpedic mattress! There was also a large jacuzzi bathtub that was really nice after being out in the cold. The free limousine pick up and drop off service to the casino was a nice added bonus. The breakfast was bagels and waffles and juice, nothing fancy, but not bad and the man at the front desk was nice. Just what you’d expect out of this place.
Besides check in being a little tricky, frankly our fault because we showed up pass check in time, he still accommodated us with no late fee. Beautiful king size bed. Clean huge room. Nice bathroom. Towels fully stocked, good amenities ie shampoo conditioner and very comfortable memory foam bed. Would definitely stay again. Clean jacuzzi. Large flat screen smart tv. Totally awesome.
The place is not worth the $. My boyfriend and I stayed recently to celebrate a friend's wedding nearby and the place had a funny odor. When we woke up in the morning, I found a dead bug in the bed. The hotel is cheap and not kept up. I'd never go back. Better off going to La Quinta or Days Inn.
This place has a lot of potential, I will stay here again. However, they need to refurbish the rooms a little paint and wallpaper would help a lot. We had a non smoking room but there was a butt can on the balcony, not sure why non smokers would need to smell that when they open the door to enjoy the nite air. The hot tub is the reason for our stay. My wife loves to be in a hot tub.
