Two separate situations where I was behind the mail truck, while others were still at home. They dropped the card off in the mailbox and didn't even try to deliver my packages.
Upon coming in to complain they assured me my package would arrive before the days end, and of course it didn't.
I'm used to DMVs being insufferable. The staff here simply does not give a damn. The mail carriers deliver the wrong mail, and have pre-written notes saying "unable to deliver package" so they can just drop that off instead of your package.
